Dance Of The Vampires Poster

UK Quad poster for the "Dance of the Vampires" (aka "The Fearless Vampire Killers") illustrated by the French artist Clement Hurel. The caricature figures in the centre combined with the eerie green frame & blood dripping from the title, sums up this Polanski comedy-horror film to great effect.

The collectability of the poster is perhaps partly explained by Polanski's notoriety & the fact that the film witnessed one of the last performances by Polanski's wife, Sharon Tate. In 1969, Sharon Tate was brutally murdered by Charles Manson & his band of deluded disciples.

The poster here has pin-hole damage to corners/rim, a few light surface marks, several old tape stains to rim and a few small conservation tape repairs to the reverse.
