Heavyweight film based on the Tennessee Williams novel. Set in a small Mexican village, the film provided a pot-pourri of angst and sexual frustration. Sue Lyon, fresh from her role in "Lolita", also starred. Poster design was by Howard Terpning (Gone With The Wind, Sound of Music etc) but incorporates the distinctive Saul Bass logo design bottom right. A classic Poster.
