UK Quad cinema poster for "The People That Time Forgot" (1977).

This was the final of three adventure-fantasy films based on the writings of Edgar Rice Burroughs, all three films starring Doug McClure & all three posters illustrated by Tom Chantrell (the others being "The Land That Time Forgot" 1975 & ""At The Earth's Core" 1976). In characteristic style Chantrell uses the full scope of the canvas & also uses the trademark device of spreading his illustration outside the conventional frame of the poster into the white rim.
