A characteristic piece of Saul Bass poster design & illustration for this film about the foundation of the state of Israel. The design is highly evocative of struggle, strife & salvation. Poster linen-backed & presents to very well. Prior to being backed the poster was folded with some old tape marks to rim (these now reduced) plus a small thumbnail of paper loss to lower rim (middle) & a small 1" tear to upper right rim (this now closed) (map chest 6).
