From Russia With Love Poster

UK Double-Crown linen-backed cinema poster for the Sean Connery James Bond film "From Russia With Love" (1963).

This poster is for a 1960's re-release of the film. 60's Bond films were frequently re-released both on a standalone basis & sometimes packaged as double-bills. This particular DC, however, is not often seen in the market & is in fact scarcer than the other re-relase DC's & indeed DC's from the first release in '63. The poster presents a simple text based design, the red/white/blue colour scheme offering subliminal echoes of the colours of the Union Jack, appropriate for the quintessential British secret agent.

Prior to backing the poster was folded. There has been some touch-in restoration to some foldline wear, airbrushing to corners & the poster now displays to excellent effect. This poster will NOT be discounted.
