Jet Storm Poster

UK Quad cimema poster for the British aviation thriller "Jet Storm" (1959).

Richard Attenborough boards a plane to take revenge on a fellow passenger who has killed his daughter in a traffic accident. With a bomb on board tension & turmoil abounds. A host of British character actors took part & the film was directed by future "Zulu" director, Cy Endfield. Although the passengers were supposedly on a British airline, a Soviet Tupolev was used for filming (presumably a budgetry cobstraint?).

The poster features a wonderful impressionistic skyscape (the artists brush strokes apparent). The aircaft in contrast is a far more literal depiction.

Poster folded with a couple of small edge nicks, a little creasing but overall in very good condition.
