Murder Inferno Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for the double-bill Tigon feature of "Murder Inferno" & "A Candle For The Devil" (c' 1972) with poster artwork by Tom Chantrell.

A good example of Chantrell's work for the exploitation merchants, Tigon. Here two continental films are packaged together & although the budget would have been limited, Chantrell still delivers an effective marketing piece. The composition shows Chantrell's ability to mix artwork with photographic elements, his use of tinted acetates, penchant for day-glo & an interest in making the titles more interesting with added design elements.

Poster folded with pin-holes to corners & slight foldline wear (NB. it has NO paper loss & bottom right corner is present). Overall in very good condition.
