Pale Rider Poster

Scarce US 1-Sheet "International" movie poster for the Clint Eastwood western "Pale Rider" (1985) with David Grove poster illustration.

The more common artwork associated with "Pale Rider" is that provided by Michael Dudash (shown for reference - image courtesy of emovieposter) which was used both for the UK Quad & the "regular" US 1-Sheet. Although the alternative David Grove artwork was printed in several foreign jurisdictions (Germany, Spain, Japan etc) it appears to have been used only for the "International" US 1-Sheet in the US & was thus printed in far smaller quantities than the corresponding Dudash 1-Sheet.

Poster folded with light foldline wear, minor creasing bottom left rim & a single conservation tape repair to the reverse of one crossfold. A scarce poster in any condition & this example is in very good condition.
