Scala Cinema Poster

Original foldout Scala Cinema poster-programme (16 1/2"x 23 1/2") for April 1992.

From 1978 to 1993 the Scala Cinema club purveyed a diet of arthouse, horror, sexploitation, Kung Fu, LGBTQ+ films to its discerning clientelle. The club engendered great affection from its members & subsequently both a book & documentary about the Scala have surfaced. The monthly poster-programmes were produced double-sided & adorned many a wall of the Scala devotees at the time.

The eclectic schdule for Apr '92 included "Daddy & The Muscle Academy", "Supervixen", "Videodrome Rabid", "Lesbian Short Films", "Nightmare On Elm Street" etc.

Poster folded & in excellent condition.
