The Men of Sherwood Forest Poster

A rarity for Hammer poster collectors, an original UK Double-Crown for the early Hammer film "The Men of Sherwood Forest" (1954).

Not only is this a very early Hammer film but importantly this was the first Hammer film to be shot in colour. The film dates from the time before Hammer became synonymous with horror, "The Men of Sherwood Foest" being a period swashbuckler.

The poster has minor corner/rim wear but overall remains in very good condition. This is the only example of this poster we have seen in 30 years.
