The Third Secret Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for the British crime-drama "The Third Secret" (1964).

The film was blessed with an excellent cast & apart from the three leads others appearing included Peter Sallis, Diane Cilento, Nigel Davenport, Pamela Franklin & a young Judi Dench. Although Judi Dench had appeared on stage & TV for several years, this marked her debut on the big screen. We have seen this fabulous poster artwork attributed to Chantrell but it is NOT by him but his colleague Tom Beauvais. A wonderful example of Beauvais artistry, the design feature in the title having echoes of Saul Bass!

Poster folded with minor rim damage but a poster that displays to excellent effect.
