Wild At Heart Poster

A 2019 privately commissioned ("Fan Art") screenprint AMP poster (24"x 36") for the controversial David Lynch crime thriller starring Nicolas Cage & Laura Dern, "Wild at Heart" (1990) by the artist John Pearson.

This Fan Art poster was printed in a tiny number only, this being one of only 25 ever printed. The poster was a 7-colour screenprint & the design both reflects the violence & anguish in the film & an underlying love & tenderness too (note the "Gone With The Wind" style embrace to the upper).

This poster is in near mint condition. The poster will be sent rolled with protective paper in a sturdy tube. This is a scarce poster & will NOT be discounted. At the time of listing we could not find another example of this poster available in the market.

The Mondo & associated Alternative Movie Poster (AMP) movement began in the early 2000's & represents a rejection of the "modern" photo-based design method of producing cinema posters. Mondos & AMP's are cinema posters created as art pieces. Generally these have not been made for film marketing purposes but instead are artistic re-interpretations of both classic vintage films & modern movies. Mondo/AMP posters are exceptionally high quality prints, released in strictly limited numbers (invariably sold out on release) & become instant collectables (S).
