A Day To Remember Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for the British comedy "A Day To Remember" (1953) with poster design/illustration by Eric Pulford.

The film charts the varied fortunes of a pub darts team on a day trip to Boulogne with some great footage of post-war Boulogne. The film was directed by future "Carry On" stalwart, Ralph Thomas. An attractive poster design with bold blocks of contrasting colour which was a favoured technique among 1950's poster illustrators.

Poster folded with pin-holes to corners, two small/light stains & two small areas of paper loss to upper white rim. Overall in very good condition & a 50's Quad that is hard to find.
