Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Poster

UK Quad Style-A poster for the musical-adventure "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" (1968).

Although a very different kind of film to James Bond, there was bags of "Bond interest" in this film. First, the concept was based on an Ian Fleming story. Secondly the film was made by Bond producer Albert Broccoli. Gert Frobe, from "Goldfinger", co-starred & following hot on the heels of "You Only Live Twice" (1967) Broccoli used many of the same team for the production of "Chitty.." including scriptwriter Roald Dahl & set designer Ken Adam. A typically exciting & classy production ensued.

Two Quad styles were used for the general release of the film but this "single-car" Style-A poster is generally the slightly more sought after of the two.

Poster folded with minor creasing & overall in excellent condition.

NB. A supplementary P&P charge for overseas buyers will be required.
