Close Encounters of the Third Kind Poster

A set of FOUR UK Double-Crown Marler Haley cinema posters for "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" (1977) comprised of the "first", "second" & "third" DC variants & the fourth b/w "We Are Not Alone" DC.

Marler Haley supplied the Odeon cinema chain with alternative poster displays alongside the regular general release posters. Generally only the larger Odeon cinemas would take such Marley Haleys & so print runs were limited, making these posters scarce. In addition to this Marler Haley set of DC's (sorry we will NOT split) we are also listing simultaneously three other variant general release DC's for this film.

All four DC's unfolded & rolled. Generally all in excellent condition: minor creasing to the "third" DC & a tiny 1/4" nick to lower left rim of the fourth DC.
