Dracula (1958) Poster

A 2021 "Artist's Proof" licensed screenprint Mondo poster (24"x 36") for the Hammer horror film "Horror of Dracula" aka "Dracula" (1958) with artwork by Francessco Francavilla.

This "Artist's Proof" was for the "variant" screenprint. The poster carries a printed "SAMPLE" stamp to the reverse.

This poster is in excellent condition (minute nick & small crease to upper rim). The poster will be sent rolled with protective paper in a sturdy tube. This is a scarce poster & will NOT be discounted.

The Mondo & associated Alternative Movie Poster (AMP) movement began in the early 2000's & represents a rejection of the "modern" photo-based design method of producing cinema posters. Mondos & AMP's are cinema posters created as art pieces. Generally these have not been made for film marketing purposes but instead are artistic re-interpretations of both classic vintage films & modern movies. Mondo/AMP posters are exceptionally high quality prints, released in strictly limited numbers (invariably sold out on release) & become instant collectables.
