Gladiator Poster

A 2015 licenced Mondo movie poster (12"x 36") for the Russell Crowe blockbuster "Gladiator" (2000) with artwork by Martin Ansin.

This limited edition & hand-numbered screenprint poster was one of 300 printed & is the regular version. Like most Mondos, this poster sold out on release & is now difficult to find.

This poster is in near mint condition with NO discernible faults. The poster will be sent rolled with protective paper in a sturdy tube. This is a scarce poster & will NOT be discounted.

The Mondo & associated Alternative Movie Poster (AMP) movement began in the early 2000's & represents a rejection of the "modern" photo-based design method of producing cinema posters. Mondos & AMP's are cinema posters created as art pieces. Generally these have not been made for film marketing purposes but instead are artistic re-interpretations of both classic vintage films & modern movies. Mondo/AMP posters are exceptionally high quality prints, released in strictly limited numbers (invariably sold out on release) & become instant collectables.
