Halloween Poster

A 2019 licensed screenprint poster (24"x 36") for "Halloween" (1978) with artwork by Andrew Swainson.

This is the "regular" edition in "Midnight" blue, of which just 200 were printed. A stark minimalistic composition which works to chilling effect. The poster has been hand-numbered to the bottom right.

This poster is in near mint condition. The poster will be sent rolled with protective paper in a sturdy tube. This is a scarce poster & will NOT be discounted.

The Mondo & associated Alternative Movie Poster (AMP) movement began in the early 2000's & represents a rejection of the "modern" photo-based design method of producing cinema posters. Mondos & AMP's are cinema posters created as art pieces. Generally these have not been made for film marketing purposes but instead are artistic re-interpretations of both classic vintage films & modern movies. Mondo/AMP posters are exceptionally high quality prints, released in strictly limited numbers (invariably sold out on release) & become instant collectables.
