Hello Dolly Poster

US 1-Sheet conservation paper-backed movie poster for the Barbara Streisand musical-comedy "Hello, Dolly!" (1969).

This colourful Richard Amsel composition was used for the initial "Roadshow" release. A great design featuring the two leads (Streisand & Walter Matthau). Though set in 1890 the poster design has clear echoes of the contempoary late 1960's Pop-Art scene. Poster once folded but now backed. Prior to backing the poster was in superb condition & appears to have required minimal restoration (minor foldline touch-ins) only. There is a small area of "lifting" around the "LL" of "DOLLY" (map chest 7).
