ITC Promo Poster

UK 1-Sheet ITC promo poster for "The Screen of the World" (c'1978-79) with poster artwork by Tom Beauvais, the poster coming from the private collection of the artist.

Tom Beauvais worked closely with Tom Chantrell at the Allardyce ad agency before setting up his own business, "Chapman-Beauvais" in 1975. Among the vast roster of posters Beauvais created were "Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid (1969), "Fantastic Voyage" (1966), Mad Max (1979) & Zombie Flesh Eaters" (1980).

Although ITC was principally a TV production & distribution company, it was also involved in the production/distribution of films for the Big screen too. This generic ITC promo poster features well-known faces to have featured in ITC productions including the likes of Roger Moore, David Niven, Richard Burton, Charles Bronson etc.

Poster unfolded with some paper loss to all corners & a few edge nicks but all the artwork is present & correct. An unusual & scarce poster. Although the poster carries the printed signature of the artist, a separate letter of authenticity signed by the artist will also be supplied with this item.
