UK Quad first release cinema poster for "Jaws" (1975) with poster artwork by Roger Kastel.A classic poster design for the film that launched
Spielberg's global career, this being a poster for the very first release of the film. The poster rightly highlights the terrifying image of the creature from the deep! (possibly influenced by the earlier poster design for "Deliverance" (1972)- see below).
Poster folded (as issued) with pin-holes to corners (a tiny slither of lower left corner missing), slightly yellowed white upper & two small crossfold separations (repaired to the reverse with conservation tape) etc.
The poster displays to very good effect & remains in un-restored condition. The poster has been priced in accordance with condition (Gallery prices at the time of listing were c' £2,000) so
this item will NOT be discounted.
