Le Mans Poster

UK Quad poster for "Le Mans" (1971), this being one of the most collectable of all Steve McQueen film posters.

The Tom Jung poster illustration is striking, the red/white/blue design resonating with both the US "Stars & Stripes" & the French "Tricoloure". This particular Quad is the "ABC" variant printed for the ABC cinema chain. Re-formatting the General Release Quad (see http://www.moviepostermem.com/Le-Mans-Poster/59963) with the blank white space moved to the upper, this has then been over-printed with the cinema details. Unusual to have a Quad poster like this that we can precisely date (Oct 1971) & know the venue & location too (ABC Scunthorpe).

This poster is in totally original folded condition with no backing or restoration of any kind. A few tiny & very light rim marks but clearly a poster in excellent condition.
