Magnum Force Poster

Rare UK Quad linen-backed Advance cinema poster for "Magnum Force" (1973).

"Magnum Force" was the first sequel in the series of five "Dirty" Harry Callahan films (1971-88) starring Clint Eastwood in the title role. Advance posters such as this tended to be used in relatively small numbers in the larger metropolitan cinemas only. This poster is therefore far scarcer than the corresponding general release poster (shown for reference), the Advance featuring reduced text/colour but a much larger image of "Dirty Harry" with his .44 magnum pointing out towards the viewer.

Prior to linen-backing the poster was lightly folded with several small tape stains to the edges. These marks have been sensitively restored & the predominantly white background has been left un-touched. The poster now displays to excellent effect. A fabulous poster image & a genuinely scarce piece of Clint Eastwood 1970's memorabilia.
