Scarce UK Double-Crown sized advertising poster (20"x 30") for the NME ("New Musical Express") entitled "Low Life and High Tech" & illustrated by the artist John Stalin, c' 1983-84.

Not much is known about the artist (presumably a pseudonym) though he seems also to have illustrated a series of collectable postcards in a similar style too.
