Reservoir Dogs Poster

A scarce foldout UK video poster (12"x 25") for Quentin Tarantino's "Resevoir Dogs" (1992). The poster presents the iconic imagery associated with the original cinematic release including Graham Humphrey's iconic "blood-spattered" background.

What is particularly interesting about the UK video of the film is that it was considered even more controversial than the original cinema release. In most other overseas jurisdictions the film was released on video in 1993 but the UK release was delayed till 1995 as sections of the Press became fixated by the harrowing torture film at the end of the film. The added notoriety probably added to the popularity of the UK video release. Interestingly Tarantino's name is absent from this poster, this possibly in an effort to placate those who were particularly sensitive.

The poster has pin-holes to corners & minor rim wear etc. A really interesting early piece of Tarantino memorabilia which would look great framed with both sides visible.
