The Beast In Space

Original painted artwork by Graham Humphreys for the 2017 LP soundtrack release for "The Beast In Space" (1980), the musical score by Marcello Giombini.

The Italian made "The Beast In Space" was an infamous B-movie "Star Wars" rip-off with added porno interest too (the film starred the Finnish actress Sirpa Lane who appeared in Walerian Borowcyk's equally notorious 1975 "The Beast"). Humphreys artwork captures the weird & wacky tenor of of the film, the content toned down for this LP release. We include an image of the LP sleeve for reference.

The painted artwork consists of colour washes overlaid with gouache on art paper.
