The Great St Trinians Train Robbery Poster
UK Quad linen-backed cinema poster for the British comedy "The Great St Trinian's Train Robbery" (1966) with poster illustration by Ronald Searle.
Superb piece of Searle artwork fittingly illustrates this poster for one of the classic 1960's British comedy films (Searle's "St Trinian's" cartoons being the original inspiration for the St Trinian's films). This was a film with great topical interest, much influenced by the infamous "Great Train Robbery" (Ronnie Biggs et al). The "St Trinian's" Searle posters are a good series to collect, four films being made 1954-66 - if interested, we currently also have this title available:

Poster originally folded but now linen-backed. No restoration appears to have been undertaken & there are a few light scuffs/marks (ie, lower right corner) but these are unobtrusive. There has been a little subsequent creasing but as can be seen the poster still displays to very good effect. This poster has been priced in accordance with condition.
NB. A supplementary P&P charge will be required for overseas buyers (O).
