The Long Good Friday Poster

Scarce Style-B UK Quad poster for British gangster classic "The Long Good Friday" (1979), the poster featuring the larger image of Bob Hoskins as opposed to the mini images of Hoskins & Helen Mirren on the more usual Style-A Quad (see image below for reference)

This was an important film being pivotal in the big screen careers of both Hoskins & Mirren. However, the film was destined just for a TV release until ex-Beatle George Harrison stepped in & Handmade Films provided a cinema release instead. The film is also noteworthy for introducing Pierce Brosnan as an IRA assasin in his cinema debut.

This poster has been faintly folded only. There is a 3/4" conservation tape repair to upper rim & pin-holes to corners but poster overall in very good condition. This poster will be sent rolled in a tube.
