The Vengeance Of She Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for Hammer's "The Vengeance Of She" (1968), the poster with artwork by Chantrell.

This is a fantastic example of the artist's work, the colours, bold & vibrant, a great sense of dynamism & excitement, a sultry star & inventive presentation of the title script too. Chantrell was clearly pleased with the composition as the poster carries his printed signature too! (more Chantrell material on http://www.chantrellposter.com/).

As can be seen, this poster presents to great effect. It has escaped machine-folding with a single vertical fold & a very faint single horizontal fold. It remains rolled. The poster is priced at just £125 & represents excellent value. The reason for this pricing is that there was a 6" tear from the left rim running through "Veng.." of the title script & a further tiny tear upper left rim. These have been neatly stabilised with conservation tape. The poster could be displayed "as is" or alternatively is priced to allow for restoration.
