The Wicked Lady

Original Vic Fair Quad poster concept artwork (23"x 32") for the British historical adventure "The Wicked Lady" (1983).

Starring Faye Dunaway, Alan Bates & John Gielgud, the film was stacked with other familiar faces including Denholm Elliott, Prunella Scales, Oliver Tobias, Glynis Johns, Joan Hickson etc.

The artwork is on paper laid to "Legion" artboard & consists of the hand-painted/drawn centre design (made up of separate artwork pieces) with a photo-mechanical gold surround featuring various Vic Fair illustrations. To the left side is a design (unfinished) for the title script.
