Wabash Avenue Poster

UK Quad poster for the American musical "Wabash Avenue" (1950) starring Betty Grable, Victor Mature & Phil Harris (the voice of "Baloo" the Bear" in Disney's "Jungle Book" in 1967).

A lovely colourful 50's poster & a scarce title too. The image of Grable was based on the little-known Style-B US 1-Sheet movie poster as the image below (courtesy of emovieposter shows).

Poster with pin-holes to corners, a few light stains, minor paper loss to upper mid-rim & several conservation tape repairs to foldline splits to the reverse (longest 4"). The poster still presents with strong vibrant colours to very good effect.
