Wall Street Poster

Rare "Wall Street" (1987) specially commissioned poster (22"x 28") presented to a select number of industry insiders prior to the release of the film, the quote "Greed is Good" being one of the most famous of all from the world of 20th century movie.

This poster was commissioned by 20th Century Fox & printed by "One Stop Posters". The poster is designed to lool like a certificate/bond, entitled "Greed" & carries a quote from the notorious Wall Street banker "Gordon Gecko". Sent to a select few by the Studio, this was part of Fox's pre-release publicity campaign. This poster came from an ex-20th Century Fox staffer who confrms that it was never designed for use in cinemas or sold to the public. A Letter of Authenticity to this effect will be included with the sale.

As an indication of the rarity of this poster, at the time of listing neither emovieposter or Heritage Auctions had ever sold one of these posters & nor can we find an example being sold elsewhere too. Poster unfolded with some minor creasing (this creasing can easily be removed with backing).
