Zombies Dawn of the Dead Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for "Zombies Dawn of the Dead" (1979).

This was a low-budget zombie horror film which is now considered to be a cult classic. Chantrell designed & illustrated the poster being paid £287.50 for the job (please see http://www.chantrellposter.com/ for more Chantrell information/posters etc). The initial print run for the poster was 1,500 in Nov '79 & a further 1,500 were printed in June '80 as the film was un-rolled across the UK.

Poster folded with light foldline wear & writing to the reverse of white upper rim which does NOT show through. Overall in very good condition & a poster that is becoming harder to find now.
