2001 A Space Odyssey Poster

Original MGM/Elstree Studios 5-page stapled Filming Schedule for 17th Sept 1965, "2001 A Space Odyssey" being the standout film featured.

Stanley Kubrick's "2001 A Space Odyssey" appears on page 2 as in "Preparation" with shooting scheduled to start 29th Nov 1965 & due to end 28th May 1966 ( it significantly over-ran). Other interesting films detailed include "Dr Zhivago", "The Liquidator", "Lady L" etc. In each case, the film title /production number, the producer, director, key cast plus a schedule with notes is displayed. The fifth page lists "Delivered" films, including Hammer's "She" on 2nd March & Sean Connery's "The Hill" on 26th March.

A fascinating snapshot of activity at the time at this important British Film Studio. NB. The last two pages are pink in colour.
