Original Jane Fonda "Barbarella" (1968) withdrawn US commercial poster (29 1/2"x 42 1/2").

Issued by Personality Posters this poster shows a striking publicity shot of Jane Fonda from the film. Although a commercial poster, this item is highly collectable as it was subject to a legal/licensing dispute that saw it being withdrawn from sale in 1968. The poster was issued in two sizes, this being the smaller sized version which makes it easier/cheaper to display & frame.

Poster unfolded with some minor creasing left side & several neat pin-holes to corners/rim. Overall in very good display condition. For an idea of relative value, Propstore auctioned one of these posters in the US in Sept 2024 for $585 (£440).
