Blade Runner Poster

A 2012 licensed screenprint Mondo Poster (24"x 36") for "Blade Runner" (1982) with artwork by Craig Drake.

This hand-numbered screenprint poster was issued as a limited edition of just 125. This poster sold out on release & is not often seen in the market now. The poster presents a highly stylised image of "Deckard" (played by Harrison Ford).

This poster is in excellent condition with a few light marks only. The poster will be sent rolled with protective paper in a sturdy tube. This is a scarce poster & will NOT be discounted.

The Mondo & associated Alternative Movie Poster (AMP) movement began in the early 2000's & represents a rejection of the "modern" photo-based design method of producing cinema posters. Mondos & AMP's are cinema posters created as art pieces. Generally these have not been made for film marketing purposes but instead are artistic re-interpretations of both classic vintage films & modern movies. Mondo/AMP posters are exceptionally high quality prints, released in strictly limited numbers (invariably sold out on release) & become instant collectables.
