An original un-used "proof" Video cover (8 1/2"x 11 3/4") for the 1984 Medusa release of the violent Italian-French film "Blastfighter" (1984).

This card cover has never been folded, has "SAMPLE" hole-punched to the lower left & is in excellent condition.
