Carry On Camping Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for the classic British Carry On comedy "Carry On Camping" (1969) with poster illustration by Renato Fratini.

The poster incorporates reference to the Barbara Windsor bra-losing scene. To achieve the effect in the film her bra was attached to a fishing line & at the appropriate moment, it was given a yank. Multiple shots were required & in an early attempt, the bra held fast & Ms Windsor went flying! Filming took place in winter though to replicate a summer setting leafless trees were sprayed green to create the desired effect, the frugality of the Carry On production perhaps allowing for more to be spent on poster advertising.
