Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Poster

UK Quad "single car" cinema poster for the musical-adventure "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" (1968).

Although a very different kind of film to James Bond, there was bags of "Bond interest" in this film. First, the concept was based on an Ian Fleming story. Secondly the film was made by Bond producer Albert Broccoli. Gert Frobe, from "Goldfinger", co-starred & following hot on the heels of "You Only Live Twice" (1967) Broccoli used many of the same team for the production of "Chitty.." including scriptwriter Roald Dahl & set designer Ken Adam. A typically exciting & classy production ensued.

Two Quads were used for the general release of the film BUT the "single car" poster is far scarcer than the "montage" version (for comparison see: https://www.moviepostermem.com/Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang-Poster/62166).

Poster folded with light creasing but overall in very good condition.
