Easy Rider Poster

Scarce UK silkscreen poster (22"x 31") for the classic "Easy Rider" (1969).

Ostensibly a cinema poster for the film but this is actually a commercial poster issued by "Aquarius Posters". "Easy Rider" was an important element in the counter-culture scene of the late 60's-early 70's & lent itself to various commercial spin-offs (some more legitimate than others). This poster is an interesting & scarce example. It is likely to have been printed in small numbers only & is the only one we've ever seen.

Poster unfolded & rolled with staple marks to the upper rim, light creasing etc but a striking, colourful piece & an unusual piece of genuine "Easy Rider" counter-culture memorabilia (the colours have NOT been enhanced).
