Return Of The Jedi Poster

UK Quad linen-backed cinema poster for "The Return Of The Jedi" (1983).

This is a first release "Style-A poster". The slightly later print run saw artist Josh Kirby add some more colour to the right side of the poster creating a "Style-B" design. The "Style-A" poster as here, is rarer. This is not one of the Jedi Quads trimmed (aka "mutilated") for use by London Transport.

Prior to backing, this poster was in scarce unfolded condition. There was a neat 4 1/2" tear to the right side (adjacent to Darth Vader's helmet) but this has been sensitively repaired & is now hardly noticeable. The poster displays to excellent effect. If you prefer an un-backed example (at the time of listing) we have two such examples also available.
