Shaun Of The Dead Poster

UK double-sided Quad cinema poster for "Shaun of the Dead" (2004).

A brilliant tongue-in-cheek British take on the "Zombie" genre, this cult horror-comedy propelled the careers of director Edgar Wright & Simon Pegg & effectively launched Nick Frost's acting career. A great supporting cast included the likes of Bill Nighy & Penelope Wilton too. "Shaun of the Dead" launched the trilogy of films featuring the Wright/Pegg/Frost axis known as the "Cornetto Trilogy", "Hot Fuzz" following in 2007 & "The World's End" in 2013.

The poster composition cleverly pitches Pegg squashed into a tube train, his face pressed up against a window nervously eyeing the Zombies around him. In a nice touch the "A" in the "DEAD" text, has been neatly annotated with the classic image of a Zombie hand rising from below.

Poster unfolded, rolled with "small "bruising" marks to corners but otherwise excellent condition. A poster that is becoming increasingly hard to find especially in this kind of condition.
