The Projected Man Poster

UK Quad poster for the British horror-scifi film "The Projected Man" (1966).

From the stable of exploitation experts Compton Films (Michael Klinger & Tony Tenser) "The Projected Man" film featured a scientist whose face is transformed during a failed experiment. The producers utilised special effects provided by German Flo Nordhoff. Such was the desire for realism & impact that 25% of the film's budget was spent on special effects. Lead actress Mary Peach was married to Hammer scriptwriter & director Jimmy Sangster.

The poster has a few edge nicks & extensive application of old sellotape to foldline wear to the reverse of the poster. However, given the predominantly dark poster design, the tape marks are mostly unobtrusive. Irrespective, this is a rare British horror Quad.
