This Is England Poster

UK Quad cinema poster for "This Is England" (2006).

Poster clearly inspired by the iconic design of the Quad for "Quadrophenia". Both films very much focused on English youth culture, "This Is England" set in the early 1980's & looking at the skinhead phenomenon whereas "Quadophenia" examined mod culture c' 1966-67. The film was based on the real life experience of its director Shane Meadows. Though critically acclaimed, "This Is England" did not receive a wide general release & such posters are thus difficult to find.

Poster unfolded, double-sided & in excellent condition.
