Watch It Sailor Poster

Scarce UK Quad poster for the Hammer Studios film "Watch It Sailor" (1961).

This comedy was one of the many attempts by Hammer to diversify it's product base beyond the staple fare of horror. The poster was illustrated by John Stockle & is an excellent example of Stockle's caricature design (his favoured artistic style). Given the straitlaced nature of the times it is surprising that the image of the lascivious sailor on the right was sanctioned.

Poster folded with minor paper loss to bottom right corner, small edge tears (longest 1 1/4") & a few pin-holes but this is a Hammer Studios poster that is not often available.
