Cannonball Run Poster

Rare UK Quad linen-backed UK Quad WEST END release cinema poster (31 1/4"x 39 1/4") for "The Cannonball Run" (1981) with Drew Struzan poster illustration.

This rare bespoke poster was printed to promote the limited London West End release of the film (this effectively the UK "Premiere") & very few such posters were printed (note the variant Quad size & special rim text to the bottom). Drew Struzan's caricatures of the stellar cast compliments the madcap nature of the film perfectly.

This poster has had NO restoration. Prior to backing it was in scarce undfolded condition. There are two tiny slithers of paper loss to upper white rim (not infilled to maintain originality).The poster remains & displays in excellent condition. A rare "Cannonball" poster & an excellent example of Drew Struzan's artistry.
