Dad's Army Poster

UK Quad linen-backed cinema poster for the British comedy "Dad's Army" (1971).

Based on the brilliant Jimmy Perry-David Croft TV series (1968-77), this is a poster for the film spin-off, showing the entire cast of regulars poised for action (Arthur Lowe, John Le Mesurier, Clive Dunn, Ian Lavender, James Beck, Arthur Ridley etc). A great memento for any fan of one of the most enduringly successful British TV series ever produced. NB. Poster originally folded (as issued) but now linen-backed with some tiny touch-ins to crossfold/foldline wear & slight residual marking to foldlines etc. Whoever had this poster backed avoided any significant restoration to leave the poster in as authentic condition as possible. Poster in very good condition.
