Four Weddings and A Funeral Poster

A Premiere card invitation (4 1/4"x 6 1/4") & programme for the British comedy "Four Weddings And A Funeral" (1994) which was held at the Odeon Leicester Square, 11th May 1994 (this a charity event supporting "Comic relief" & the "Elton John AIDS Foundation").

This premiere event was famous for the startling arrival of Hugh Grants girlfriend, Liz Hurley who attended wearing a black dress held together with "safety pins"! "Four Weddings...." was produced for under £3 million but became a surprising success, becoming the highest grossing British film ever at the time (it grossed $250 million!). The film also made a star of Hugh Grant & brought director Mike Newell to Hollywood's attention too!

Programme near mint & invitation in excellent condition (faint mark).
