Friends and Neighbours Poster

An interesting cartoon-style illustration for this 1959 Cold War themed comedy, the film based on a stage play. As the Downton agency would have handled this commission it is possible that Eric Pulford provided the artwork as alongside his more recognisable painted compositions, Pulford was also a skilful cartoonist too.

Apart from pin-holes to corners, the poster remains in excellent condition. A really nice 50's British comedy poster.
