Get Carter Poster

Rare Danish cinema poster (24 1/4"x 33 1/4") for the classic Michael Caine gangster film "Get Carter" (1971).

This is the only Danish poster we've ever seen for "Get Carter". The design by John Stevenov includes both a photographic mage & painted artwork. Although elements of the design can be found elsewhere (the photo comes from the Exhibitors Campaign Book cover) & the combination of a sniper & Caine as a "target" features on the US 1-Sheet poster (images courtesy of emovieposter) the Danish "Get Carter" design is unique & not found on other posters.

Poster folded (as issued) with single neat staple marks to corners but overall in excellent condition. A rare & striking piece of Michael Caine & "Get Carter" memorabilia.
